社会支持与社会融合:水库工程和谐移民实证研究——以浙江丽水市为例

通过对浙南丽水市水库新老移民和谐融入状况的深入调查,分析得出:有效的政策扶持、适宜的安置策略、积极的角色调适、持续的经济动力以及促进多元地域文化互渗与交融是支持移民和谐融入与社会适应的基本要素。当前仍存在若干典型问题:移民发家致富仍存在众多制约;对生产生活的满意度不高;政治参与存诸多障碍;因移民导致的消极心理在一定范围内仍存在,文化整合的任务仍然艰巨。对此,应从根本上转变传统的移民观,坚持以对人的关怀为基本立场,实施可持续发展的移民政策。

Social Support and Social Integration: A Harmonious Resettlement of the Reservoir Project Population

An in -depth investigation made to analyse the reservoir population＇s resettlement in Lishui city, Southern Zhejiang reaches the conclusion that effective policy, appropriate strategy, active role adjustment, con- tinuous economic motivity, and promoting mutual infiltration and blending of regional cultures are the essential supports for the reservoir migrants to have harmonious social integration and social adaptation. And there are cur- rently still some typical problems： many limitations for the resettlers to build up their family fortunes, low satis- faction of life and production, various obstacles in their political participation. Besides, as their negative psy- chology due to the immigration still exists within a certain range, the integration of cultures remains a heavy task. So we should change the traditional concept of migration, adhere to the principle of showing great concern for people, and implement the sustainable development of the resettlement policy.
