Modern Rong's Enterprises implemented the strategy of obviously horizontal and vertical integration during the course of their development.Cotton-flour pool,infinite corporation,and the strategies intention of encircling the core competitive capability promoted the growth of the Rong's integration strategies.While they brought several disadvantages,the advantages were clearly demonstrated in saving strategic cost,strengthening the core competitive capability,mitigating the conflicts between supply and demand,and affecting the market prices,as a result of which Rong's enterprise association was established.Rong's enterprises were the representative integration of private-owned industry in Southern Jiangsu,and did a profitable exploration of the development of modern Chinese private-owned industry.
