| 摘 要： | 本文从弗里德曼利用法律行为来定义法律制度这一问题入手，阐述了弗里德曼有关法律如何对社会产生影响一即弗氏关于法律何时有效的观点，分析了制裁、社会力量、良心和法律规范等因素是如何对法律的社会效力产生影响的。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis upon legal acts which Freidman applies to define the legal system,the thesis expounds Freidman's theory of how the law will affect the society,that is his idea on when the law will be effective,and the way through which the factors such as punishment,social power,conscience and regulation impose their influence on the law's effectiveness. |
