企业薪酬均衡探讨

摘    要:随着经济的全球化和人才市场日益国际化,外国跨国公司与国内企业之间的人才竞争、国内企业之间的人才竞争愈演愈烈.竞争的主要手段是用高薪吸引人才,这是我国经济领域少见的经济博弈现象.本文首先分析了博弈论在薪酬管理中应用的意义,然后进行了企业薪酬均衡分析,从企业薪酬水平均衡、企业薪酬结构均衡以及企业薪酬政策均衡等三个方面进行了详细的阐述.

Abstract:With globalization of economy and internalization of the market,the talent competition is becoming more and more severe among international enterprise and national enterprise and national enterprises. The main approaches of competition is to attract talent by offering high salary and this phenomenon seldom takes place in our economy.In this article, the meaning of applying Game Theory in salary management is analyzed firstly; model of equilibrium of salary for enterprise is introduced and described in detail from three aspects, which include equilibrium of the level of salary, equilibrium of the structure of salary and equilibrium of the policy of salary.
