| Abstract: | With the globalization of higher education and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the internal and external environment of higher education has changed radically.Teaching management system of colleges and universities is also undergoing profound reorganization,process reconstruction,and other major changes to cope with the challenges of the times.This paper probes into the teaching management system of institutions of higher learning from a strategic perspective and suggests that an operational mechanism of teaching management should be devised to co-ordinate the information system,the operating system and the dynamic system,thereby improving the quality and efficiency of teaching management. |
