读者及其阅读方式变化与编辑主体的自我调适述议

出版的产业转型与出版新技术的快速发展,使读者的地位不断凸显,阅读方式出现了新的变化,主要表现为:大众“悦读”与“超阅读”现象出现,阅读的媒介形式拓展,阅读的文本形式变化,图片的视觉效果得到重视.对此,编辑主体要主动适应,并将之贯穿于编辑活动过程的始终,通过不断地自我调适,与读者建立科学合理的和谐关系.即进行读者调研,了解读者的结构与层次、动机与心理、现阶段的兴趣与需要、潜在读者与现实读者的布局等；分析、把握读者,制定具体有效的读者方案与编辑策略；方便、服务读者,实现编辑活动的价值目标；重视读者信息反馈,调整编辑主体行为,调节出版物的生产.

Changes of the Reader and the Self-adjustment of the Editorial Subject under New Situation

With the transformation of industrialization and the quick development of new technology,the position of the reader is becoming more and more outstanding,and new changes have appeared.Some totally new reading patterns are emerging including public reading for entertainment,the phenomenon of ’super-reading’,with the media serving reading activities being expanded,the text form serving reading being changed,paying more attention to the visual effect of images and photos.During the whole process,editorial subject should actively adjust themselves to be suitable with reader’s requests and the transformation of reading model.To establish a harmony relationship between editors and readers,editorial subject should investigate the group of people reading,should know deeply reader groups’ structure and their motivation and psychology,their current interests and needs,the distribution of potential and realistic readers.The effective and instrumental strategies serving readers and editors always come from the detailed analysis and master of readers’ needs.The aim of editing work could only be achieved as soon as we make the reader more easy and smooth.We should adjust editorial subject’s activities and the produce of publishing materials according to readers’ information feedback.
