青藏铁路开通后拉萨流动人口分析

2006年7月1日青藏铁路成功运营,随后,越来越多的外来流动人口不断从内地乘火车进入西藏首府拉萨市。流动人口具有双重效应,它在增强拉萨的旅游收入、促进文化交流、加快经济发展等的同时,也给诸如环境、治安、交通、文化遗产保护等方面带来了一定的负面影响。正确分析这些问题,不但有助于构建平安拉萨、和谐拉萨,乃至对西藏的稳定和发展都具有积极意义。

The Analysis of Floating Population in Lhasa after the Tibeto-Qinghai Railway was Open to Traffic

In July 1st.2006,accompany the opening to traffic of the Tibeto-Qinghai railway,a great deal of floating population has continuiously arrived in Lhasa,the capital city of Tibet by train from the hinterland of China.The floating population brings both passitive and negative effects.On one hand,it increases the tourism income,promotes culture exchange,as well as accelerates the economic development.On the other hand,in a certain extent,it also brings negative effect to the environment,security,traffic and protection of the cultural heritage,etc.Analyzing these problems properly will provide us with positive significance,not only to help building safe and harmonious Tibet,but also to the stabilization and development of it.
