| 摘 要： | 传记写作是林语堂“文化翻译”活动的重要组成部分，这种跨语际的传记写作在中国现代传记文学中不仅价值独特，而且触及了传记叙述主体的自我塑造，传记叙述中文化“差异性”的影响等诸多理论问题。通过对林氏传记作品的解读，不仅让读者看到了他颇具文化使命感的身份自许，而且还领略了其超越的叙述智慧。

| Abstract: | Biographical writing is an important part of Lin Yu-tang＇ s ＂cultural translation＂ activities. This type of translingual biographical writing not only has the unique value in Chinese modem biographical literature, but also touches upon the theoretical problems of the shaping of the subjects themselves, the impact of cultural differences in biographical narrating, etc. Through analyzing his biographical works, readers not only understand his sense of cultural identity, but also appreciate his superb wisdom in narrative. |
