异质性知识背景下的人才聚集效应研究

摘    要:知识背景是人才认识和发展的起点,在人才聚集效应产生和发展的过程中起着至关重要的作用。在研究知识背景、人才聚集和人才聚集效应的基础上,提出了异质性知识背景下人才聚集效应的5个特征,并从知识转移角度分析了知识背景差异对人才聚集效应产生的影响,旨在加强人才聚集中知识的转换和创新能力,提升人才聚集的综合经济性效应。

Abstract:Knowledge background is the origin of talents to cognize and develop themselves, it takes a role of leadership in the process of producing and promoting the effect of talent aggregation. Based on the research of the knowledge background, the talent aggregation and the effect of talent aggregation, 5 characters of talent aggregation under the heterogeneity knowledge background are made available, and this paper has analyzed the influence of knowledge background variances to the effect of talent aggregation from the perspective of knowledge transfer, so as to increase the knowledge transformation and innovation ability of talent aggregation, to and promote the comprehensive economic effect of talent aggregation.
