| 摘 要： | 认为欠发达地区应调整经济发展的产业结构和空间结构;加大体制机制创新;迎合知识经济发展的新浪潮,把知识等新生产要素与其他资本、劳动和土地等传统生产要素结合起来。进入新经济时代,应积极实施知识化经济发展战略,为新经济发展方式赋予新的内容。
