火焰原子吸收光谱法测定青稞米中金属离子含量

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对青稞米中 Ca、Fe、Zn、K、Na、Cu 金属离子进行测定,并进行了精密度和准确性试验。测定结果:几种金属离子的含量分别为 Ca,80.011 mg / kg、Fe,77.432 mg / kg、Zn,25.645 mg / kg、K,40.506 mg / kg、Na,12.743 mg / kg、Cu,3.3648 mg / kg;相对标准偏差分别为0.201%、0.463%、0.27%、0.364%、0.263%、0.059%;回收率分别在98.21%~102.82%、97.17%~100.18%、94.76%~99.99%、95.32%~100.62%、99.61%~99.97%、98.87%~100.05%之间。

Abstract:Ca,Fe,Zn,K,Na,Cu metal ions in the highland barley were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the precision and accuracy tests are carried out. The results are as fouows:the contentof several metal ions are Ca 80. 011 mg / kg,Fe 77. 432 mg / kg,Zn 25. 645 mg / kg,K 40. 506 mg / kg,Na 12. 743mg / kg and Cu 3. 3648 mg / kg;their relative standard deviations are 0. 201% ,0. 463% ,0. 27% ,0. 364% ,0. 263% and 0. 059% respectively;recoveries are between 98. 21% ~ 102. 82% ,97. 17% ~ 100. 18% ,94. 76% ~ 99. 99% ,95. 32% ~ 100. 62% ,99. 61% ~ 99. 97% and 98. 87% ~ 100. 05% respectively.
