| 摘 要： | 高校后勤工作是教学工作、科研工作的基础和保障,其服务质量的高低直接影响着学校的全面健康发展。我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立完善和高等教育体制改革的不断深化,原有的福利型、公益型的后勤体制已不能适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要,我国高校后勤社会化改革已势在必行。针对高校后勤社会化改革的对策进行研究。
