| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术在交通运输业中的推广应用,利用车辆的电子身份证——电子证照系统加强交通行业安全监管显得日益迫切。该文就电子证照系统的核心部分——电子证照信息系统方案进行了设计,并对每一部分的组成结构和功能进行了介绍。
