西部地区产业结构对经济增长的影响分析

该文认为1990-2008年,西部地区经济增长主要是以第二、三产业为主,产业结构的变化符合产业变迁的一般规律,但产业结构高度化水平较低。与全国水平相比,西部地区第一产业的优势并未完全转化为经济优势,第二、三产业虽具有竞争力,但竞争优势不强,对地区经济的推动作用不是很明显。西部地区产业结构调整,应根据各个地区区位、资源、生态和社会经济等条件的差异,突出其区域优势,发展具有区域特色的产业,把资源优势转化成经济优势,以促进本地区经济的快速发展。

An Analysis of the Industrial Structure and Economic Growth in West China

This paper, based on the investigation of the statistical figures in the years of 1990-2007, using shift-share method model, first of all, evaluates the domino effect of the evolution of industrial structure on regional economic growth in West China. It studies the regional differences of the industrial economic growth contribution, and then puts forward some suggestions. The author thinks that the second and third industries are the main drives of economic growth in West China between 1990 and 2007, and the change of its industrial structure accords with the general rule of change in industry, but the level of industrial structure is lower. Compared with the national level, the first industry advantages of West China has not transformed fully into economic advantages, the second and third industries are competitive, but the competitive advantages are not strong and their economic impetus is not obvious. The adjustment in industrial structure should give prominence to its regional advantages, develop some characteristic industries, and transform resource advantages into economic advantages in order to promote the development of economy in West China according to each region＇s differentia in location, resources, and ecological and social economic conditions.
