| 摘 要： | 高师院校学报目前普遍存在着学报定位不准、工作重点不明确等突出问题，迫切需要进行改革。首先要明确高师院校学报的定位，这是办好学报的基础和关键；其次，围绕高师院校学报的定位确定学报工作的重点，即追求学术性、师范性和社会服务性，纠正片面追求转载率的现象。

| Abstract: | There are a few problems about the editing of the Journal of a teachers' college, for exam-ple, the direction and focus of a joumal are not clear. The direction of a Journal, as far as I can under-stand, is the basis of and key to running the Journal well. Secondly, we must define the focus of areas in editing a Journal. The Journal of a teachers' college should focus on the areas of research in learning, teacher education, and on social service that such journals can offer. |
