| 摘 要： | 国家豁免与外交豁免都是国际法领域的重要法律制度。国家豁免与外交豁免在历史发展、内容及结果等方面有密切的联系，但同时，二者在范围、性质、效力等方面又存在差异。因此，国家豁免与外交豁免被普遍地视为相互独立的范畴，形成平行发展、自成体系的状态。
