从环境外交困境看中国生态文明建设

中国环境外交困境的形成有中国自身的因素,但更根本的是由于它正处于难以短期超越的工业化发展阶段,和它在资本全球化中所处的下游位置造成的。要摆脱极有可能发生的生态崩溃的历史命运,就要进行中国特色的社会主义生态文明建设,除了在当前阶段努力学习西方经验技术,控制生态环境的继续恶化外,还要充分利用各种优势,打破工业文明全球化的恶性运行链条,描绘自己的世界图景。对于中国而言,解决不了国内的问题就谈不上解决国际的问题。但是同样,如果没有世界眼光,它也无法解决国内的事情,因为中国已经被铆进了世界整体结构中。
