磷酸酯化改性梨渣对污水中金属离子吸附行为的研究

摘    要:以砀山梨渣为原料,经磷酸酯化改性,制备一种酯化梨渣阳离子吸附剂,用批次实验法研究了其在不同实验条件下(pH值、吸附剂量、吸附质浓度和吸附时间)对金属锌离子和铜离子的吸附性能。结果表明:锌离子在pH=3.5时达到最大吸附值,铜离子在pH=4.5时达到最大吸附值;对于浓度为100mg·L^-1的锌溶液,5.0g·L^-1及以上的改性梨渣能吸附96%,浓度为100mg·L^-1的铜溶液,15.0g·L^-1及以上的改性梨渣能吸附62%铜离子。改性梨渣对锌离子和铜离子的吸附均符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型,最大吸附能力分别为28.98mg·g^-1和6.68mg·g^-1辞离子达到吸附平衡的时间为30min,铜离子为100min;准一级反应动力学方程能描述锌离子和铜离子在改性梨渣上的吸附过程。

Abstract:A cationic adsorbent derived from phosphoric acid-esterified Dangshanpear scraps(EPS) was prepared by the method of solid phase preparation.The characteristics of Zn and Cu absorption in phosphoric acid-esterified pear scraps under conditions of different initial pH,adsorbent dosage,sorbate concentration,and contact time were investigated in a batch system.The results show that the maximum adsorption of Zn was obtained when the initial pH was 3.5,and 96% of Zn in 100 mg L-1Zn solution could be removed by ≥5.0 g L-1;Cu was obtained when the initial pH was 4.5,and 62% of Cu in 100 mg L-1 Cu solution could be removed by ≥5.0 g L-1 of EPS.The adsorption of Zn and Cu fitted the Langmuir sorption model.The maximum removal capacity of EPS was 28.98 mg·g-1 for Zn,6.68 mg·g-1 for Cu,and the adsorption equilibrium of Zn and Cu ware reached within 30 min and 100 min.The adsorption processes of Zn and could be described by pseudo-first order kinetic functions.
