社会性别敏感的参与式技术传播与科技扶贫探索——以陕西省淳化县孙家咀村为例

2002~2004年,香港乐施会通过陕西省农村妇女科技服务中心以参与式科技扶贫方式资助淳化县孙家咀村,项目以无公害苹果生产技术为切入点,采用参与式科技扶贫新方法。三年后,项目村家庭经济收入发生了显著变化,人均收入增加2.42倍,苹果收入增加1.66倍,家用电器增加3倍;项目执行前村里没有一部电话,现在56%的家庭有了移动电话,全村的固定资产增加2.8倍。其次,农村妇女能力建设成效显著,表现在家庭事务决策和社区管理与发展等方面。

Study on Poverty Alleviation by Sci-techique Propagation With Gender Sensitive Participation ——A example in Sunjiazui, Chunhua County, Shaanxi Province

The village of Sunjiazui in Chunhua County,Province Shaanxi was aided by Oxfam in Hongkong from 2002~2004.The Project made the breakthrough point with IPM in apple production,using new method Sci-technique for poverty alleviation by participation.After 3 years,the economic situation in the village has been changed,the per-capita income has been increased by 2.42 times and the income from apple production increased by 1.66 times,while the number of electric appliance rose by 3 times.There was no telephone in the village before the implementation of the project,but now,about 80% of families of the village have cell phones and family fixed assets increasedby 2.8 times.Secondly,the effects of capacity building in rural women are very marked,especialy in decision-making for household and management for community development.
