Then, the crux of the current students affairs in colleges is to push forward all round quality centered education and enhance the ideological quality, cultural quality and physical and mental health quality. Therefore a good education management system is crucial in implementing quality centered education. In the process of this implementation, ideological quality is the orientation,cultural quality is the center, and physical and mental health quality is the guarantee.
