建立林权流转中信息共享平台

基于林权改革的实际需求，本文提出林权流转中要建立统一的、面向全国“大市场”的信息共享平台，以解决林权流转中信息共享只限于林权宗地本地的状况及信息不对称问题，目的是保证林农利益最大化。本文提出林权流转信息共享平台数据框架、信息共享操作机制和业务流程框架，并指出林权流转信息共享平台实施过程中可能存在的问题。
