教师教育学科建设的时代意蕴与现实路径

摘    要:教师教育振兴是推动教育内涵式发展的有效抓手,教师教育学科建设则是实现教师教育振兴的必然选择。当前,教师教育人才培养对教师教育学科建设具有实然需求,教师教育的改革和发展为教师教育学科建设提供了应然逻辑,教师教育学科建设业已具备良好的发展基础。在新的时代背景下,教师教育学科建设需要坚持服务与引导相结合、理论与实践相统一、继承与创新相协调等原则。其基本路径为:夯实学科队伍,厚植学科建设的根本力量;完善学科制度,构建学科发展的长效机制;汇聚多元力量,整合学科建设的优质资源;推动研究转型,凸显教师教育学科的中国特色。

Abstract:The revitalization of teacher education is an effective way to realize the connotative development of education.At present,the cultivation of teacher education talents has a real demand for the construction of teacher education discipline.The reform and development of teacher education provides the necessary logic for the construction of teacher education discipline.The construction of teacher education discipline has a good development environment and foundation.It is urgent for teacher education to follow the discipline construction principles of combining service and guidance,theoretical research and practical exploration,inheritance and innovation,to innovate the path of discipline construction,strengthen the team of teacher education discipline,and deeply cultivate the foundation of teacher education discipline s construction,improve the discipline system of teacher education,construct the advantages of teacher education discipline development,and based on the innovative research to construct the teacher education discipline with Chinese characteristics.
