| Abstract: | Controlling the action of some enterprises' avoiding the debt and protecting the creditor's interest of gaining fair payment is the basic problem needing to solve by the law of bankruptcy.The phenomenon of avoiding the debt is exposed and some countermeasure and advice to control these actions are brought up in accordance with the law of bankrupt in effect and the bill of bankrupt being discussed by our congress. |
