论当代社科杂志编辑主体精神的重建

“知识经济”和“全球化”的到来,使社科杂志无法正常地发挥角色作用,显得无所适从,趋向于边缘化。边缘化的直接结果便是编辑主体意识的迷失。重建编辑主体精神成了当前刻不容缓的任务。这种重建包括敏感心、责任感、理论素养和数字化技术意识及能力,同时,这也是社科杂志重返社会文化中心的基础和前提。

The Marginalization of Social Science Journals in the Contemporary World and the Reconstruction of the Subject Spirit of the Editor

The coming of the knowledge economy and globalization has made it impossible for social science journals to play their normal role and have brought them into a confused state and pushed them toward marginalization. The direct result of such marginalization is the loss of the subject consciousness on the part of the editor,and the reconstruction of the editor's subject spirit has become an extremely urgent task. Involving the reconstruction of sensitivity, responsibility, theoretical training, an awareness of the impact of digital technology, and competence with this technology, such reconstruction is the basic premise for social science journals' returning to the center of culture of the society.
