家族制民办学校的案例评价与诊断——基于新制度经济学视角

摘    要:本文主要从案例介绍入手,评价与诊断家族制民办学校的比较优势是家族内部凝聚力在创业初发挥重大作用、家族内部信任降低经营风险、家长制提高了决策速度、家族制民办学校(教育公司)初期成长快。家族制民办学校的主要问题是家长式管理不利于组织创新、任人唯亲不利于组织竞争、两权合一不利于规模扩张、股权集中不利于分担风险、独享收益权不利于激励非家族人员。家族制民办学校的改进关键是如何激励并约束职业校长(经理人)、如何激励与约束知识员工、如何分散经营风险、如何安置家族成员。

Abstract:Based on the case studies,this paper finds that the edge of the clan private school lies with its cohesion particularly in the beginning stage.Mutual trust among family members greatly reduces management risk and the patriarchal system somehow improves the efficiency for decision-making so that it develops fast after establishment.However,the disadvantages of such schools are also evident.Patriarchal management does not encourage organizational innovation,nepotism undermines the school competitiveness,combination of the two powers hinders the enlargement of the school scale,stockholding concentration prevents share of risk,and profit monopoly discourages employees from outside.The improvement of the clan private school rests heavily on the proper ways to encourage and meanwhile restrict the headmaster(or manager) and the well-educated employees,to distribute management risks,and to find place for family members.
