| Abstract: | Knowledge and technology innovations are the motive force,and source of both human beings and society development.Nowadays,world economy is experiencing the transformation from tradition economy to new knowledge economy.Knowledge economy is not only instilling more energy but also bringing more opportunities to economy and society development in China.The important significance of knowledge economy in developing western regions and the countermeasures which should be taken necessarily are illustrated. |
