摘    要:根据学校培养应用型人才的办学定位,结合近几年食品专业学生的培养模式,较深入地剖析现存问题,通过改革实验教学和实践教学模式、创新教学方法、完善课程考核体系、成立大学生食品协会等措施,对食品专业学生动手能力、创新能力、创业能力等应用型人才的培养进行探索,为我校食品专业建设和人才培养提供一些方法和思考。

Abstract:According to the orientation in cultivating practical professionals, combined with training mode of food professionals in recent years. The problems existed in current teaching model were deeply analyzed. Through the reform of experiment teaching and practice teaching, innovative teaching methods, improve the curriculum eval- uation system, set up students'Food Association and other measures to explore the culture practical professionals in food. It provided some methods and thoughts for the construction of our school food professionals and talents train- ing.
