D261催化柠檬醛和丙酮合成假性紫罗兰酮的研究

摘    要:采用D261型大孔强碱树脂催化柠檬醛与丙酮羟醛缩合合成假性紫罗兰酮,研究了反应的优化条件.当柠檬醛∶丙酮=1∶5(mol/mol),柠檬醛∶催化剂=1∶1(w/w)时,在35℃反应3h,柠檬醛的转化率为98.65%,假性紫罗兰酮(PS)的选择性为95.03%.

Abstract:The optimum conditions of the pseudo ionone preparation from the condensation of central with ace- tone catalyzed by D261 - type macrospore strong base Resins was investigated. As the ratio of central to acetone is 1:5 (mol/tool) , the ratio of central to the catalyst is 1:1 (w/w) , the conversion rate of citral could reach to 98.65% at 35℃ within 2h, the selectivity of pseudo-ionone (PS) is 95.03%.
