| 摘 要： | 教学档案工作是高校院系资料管理的一项基础工作,在反映和维护学校教育教学历史真实面貌、为教学服务、为学校经济建设服务、为学校管理服务方面发挥重要作用。高校院系教学档案是指学校从事教学、科研等各项活动中形成的有查考利用价值的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录,具有十分重要的凭证作用和参考作用。
