| 摘 要： | 以德治国与中华民族精神自古就形成了不可分割的密切关系,古代以德治国思想即重视整体利益、以德为本、自强不息、尚贤、重行、诚信等,构成了中华民族精神的主旨。当代以德治国方略对中华民族精神进行了全面的拓展和提升,以德治国是建设有中国特色社会主义的施政纲领。

| Abstract: | Rule of virtue is closely associated with spirit of Chinese nation from time immemorial.In ancient times,rule of virtue which stresses the overall interests,taking virtue as foundation for adminisering a country,making unremitting efforts to improve oneself,advocating virtue and kindheartedness,attaching importance to actions and honesty forms the gist of spirit of Chinese nation.In the contemporary era,rule of virtue promotes the healthy development of spirit of Chinese nation in an all-round way and serves as the political programme of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. |
