战国秦汉时期舍人试探

舍人最早出现于战国时期，起初具有家臣性质。秦和秦汉之际，舍人开始向国家的职官转化，已有了职官的雏形。汉王朝建立之后，国家对舍人的管理走向规范化。一方面加强了对私门舍人的管理；另一方面，在国家职官体系中也开始有了“舍人”这一正式名称，即太子舍人。但作为国家官吏，太子舍人一般不通过察举选任。战国秦汉间舍人身份的演变，反映了这一时期官僚制度逐渐规范化的趋势。

Shenren in the Period of Zhanguo and Qin and Han Dynasty

After Han dynasty have been established, the nation administer the Sheren become standardized. One hand, they tighten up the management of private Sheren; on the other hand, in the national bureaucratic system have Sheren, named Taizisheren. As the national officer, Taizisheren was appointed not by Chaju. The evolved of the Sheren status is reflected the trend that bureaucratic systems have become standardized in this period.
