摘    要:商业不仅仅是竞争,也不仅仅是合作,"协同竞争"这一革命性的思维方式,应是经营企业的主要战略思考。合作竞争提供了一个使企业通过改变商业博弈而获得可持续竞争优势的战略架构,它强调改变游戏,促使企业向前看;它想方设法把馅饼做得更大,使企业更有利可图。

Abstract:Business can not base on competition or synergy separately.Coopetition——the innovation thinking mode——should become the primary strategy for enterprise management.Coopetition provide a strategy structure to enable enterprise obtain the persistent competition advantage by the changing of business mode.It transfers the old rules and keep the enterprise moving forward.Coopetition is the way that could maximize the market share and made the enterprise more profitable.
