| 摘 要： | 云南德宏傣族景颇族自治州傣族村寨的组织管理模式是:以行政机构和宗教机构两个正式群体,将全村的非正式群体结合起来;以广播传达信息,以奘房为固定活动中心,全体村民共同为实现村寨的目标而行动。在这一组织模式下,傣族表现出以村寨取向为核心,以避异求同为突出特征的社会取向。

| Abstract: | The management model of Dai Village in Dehong Dai-Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture has the following traits:The administrative organization and the religious organization are two formal groups that help organize all other village groups;broadcast is used for sending messages;the Village House is the center for village activities and all the villagers aim at realizing the village goals.Thus,the Dais are village-orientated and their social orientation finds expression in seeking common points. |
