新时期高校思想政治教育面临的挑战及对策

市场经济快速发展,信息技术日新月异,高等教育改革不断深化,高校学生思想政治教育面临着严峻的挑战。高校应有思想政治教育的新思路,切实让"三个代表"重要思想成为青年学生的精神支柱,努力促进思想政治教育与素质教育的良性互动,实现思想政治教育与校园文化的有机结合。高校学生思想政治教育要增强工作的针对性、主动性和实效性,就必须转变教育观念,强化思想政治教育的首位意识、创新意识和服务意识,做到认识到位、人员到位和工作内容到位。

Challenges Ideological and political Education Facing with in Colleges and Universities and the Countermeasures

With the rapid development of market economy, great changes of information technology and deepening of higher education reforms, ideological and political education is confronted with a severe challenge. Institutions of higher learning should bring forth new ideas to ideological and political education, make "Three Represents" Thoughts the mental pillar of college students, and realize the combination of ideological and political education and quality-oriented education and campus culture.
