| 摘 要： | 农民权益保障已成为我国统筹城乡的瓶颈问题,严重影响着统筹城乡的深入发展与社会的和谐稳定。完善农民权益保障机制是社会主义公平正义价值的内在要求。以完善农村公共服务供给机制推进乡村治理机制创新为基础,构建以"法律机制、自治机制、服务机制、评估机制、合作机制"为核心的农民权益保障机制体系,是有效化解统筹城乡中的深层次矛盾的路径选择。
