| 摘 要： | 城市是以第二、三产业和人口高度聚集为特征的经济社会实体。文章认为,可以把城市作为特殊的国有资产,作为经济主体来经营,通过商业化和市场化的手段,使城市资产转化为城市资本。而且通过完善城市功能、盘活存量资产、壮大经济主体、提高区位优势、形成鲜明特色、建立运营机制等途径,不断涵养城市资本,从而持久保持城市的活力。

| Abstract: | Being a special kind of state-owned assets the urban assets can be transformed to the urban capital as an economic body through commercializing and marketing it it also can be nourished through reallocating and recycling ways.For example we can strengthen it by the way of improving the city' s function revitalizing the deposited assets and utlizing the advantage of the city's position.All of these can help us to keep the city generously. |
