| 摘 要： | 对"供应链"、"需求链"、"供需链"的概念逐一分析,可以发现"供应链"不仅包含"供给"也包含"需求","需求链"不仅包含"需求"也包含"供给".从字面上理解会使人们产生错觉认为"供应链"仅有"供",需求链仅有"需",而"供需链"能给人们以既有"供"又有"需"的认识.供需链的核心思想是供需协同,它包括组织协同、业务协同、流协同3个方面.供需协同的模式有紧密型、一般型和松散型等.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current concepts it is found that "Supply Chain" involves both "supply" and "demand",and "demand chain" involves both "demand" and "supply" . The literal meanings of the above two concepts create a wrong impression that "supply chain" involves only "supply" while "demand chain" involves only "demand" "supply/demand chain" can avoid such misunderstanding. The essence of "supply/demand chain" is the cooperation of supply and demand,including organization, business and flow cooperation,which have three modes:close type,general type and loose type. |
