我国社区经济发展的现状及目标选择

社区经济作为依托于社区的一种经济形态,是社区发展的经济基础,不但有一般经济形态的属性,还具有追求社区福利最大化的社会属性。因此,社区经济发展要以居民福利和部分服务效用最大化为目标,资源要通过社会机制为主的多元化机制进行配置,应鼓励服务型、引进合作型、壮大外向型以及发展特色型,以满足社区居民不断增长的物质文化需求。

Economic Situation and Target Selection of China's Communities

The development of China's communities is based on the development of its economy,which not only is a way of economic operation,but also intends to pursuit the maximized community welfare.Therefore the economic development in China's communities will mainly aim at protecting the residents' welfare as well as maximizing the service efficiency.The ways of resource distribution should be verified: service for the residents be encouraged;cooperated development be imported;export-oriented economy be expanded so as to meet the increasing cultural and material needs of residents.
