论雍正、乾隆时期汛塘制度在云南的发展及变化

经过雍正、乾隆时期对兵防的二次调整,云南的汛塘制度有了较大变化:分布于汛塘的绿营兵成为整个绿营兵的主要部分,汛塘、汛塘兵丁都由清初的以云南腹里发达地区为分布中心,向着腹里发达地区、腹里欠发达地区、边疆地区均衡分布的方向发展,并最终形成了乾隆三十五年后以边疆地区为分布重心的态势。这一变化,标志着清王朝对云南的统治已深入到了边疆和山区,极大地促进了云南,尤其是边疆和山区的经济开发、民族融合。

On the Xuntang System in the Yongzheng and the Qianlong Period

In the Yongzheng and the Qianlong Period, the Xuntang System in Yunnan had two changes. The Xuntang green-flag station troop became the main body of the green-flag troop of the Qing Dynasty. Their distribution radiated from the inland of Yunnan to all other areas and formed a balanced one with the border region as the center after the thirty-fifth year of the Qianlong Period. This change indicates that the rule of the Qing Dynasty entered the border and mountainous areas of Yunnan, which helped the economic development and the fusion of the ethnic groups in these areas.
