网络信息文化对群众工作提出的挑战及对策

网络信息文化是一种后现代文化,它的虚拟性、普及性、扩散性等特点不仅给新时期的群众工作提供了有效手段和良好平台,而且提出了严峻的挑战。我们要创新群众工作的网络信息平台,真正做到问政于民、问策于民、问计于民、问需于民,努力提高群众工作能力;针对网络世界的负面影响,加强网络信息文化的法制化建设,打造和谐有序的虚拟生态;缩小网络信息文化建设的区域差别,形成科学合理的网民结构;辩证地看待网络信息平台的工具性质,科学地评估网上信访的实际功效,持之以恒地用先进文化武装干部队伍,从而形成稳定常态的文化自觉观念,从容面对突发性群体事件。

The Challenges of Network Information Culture to the Mass Work and the Countermeasure Strategies

Network information culture is a postmodern culture,the characteristics of "virtuality","universality","diffusivity" and other characteristics not only provide effective means and a good platform for mass work,but also pose new challenge.We should innovate the network information platform of mass work,learn social management from people,and improve the ability of mass work.For the negative impact of the network society,we should strengthen the construction of network of information and culture legally,create an ordered and harmonious network environment,reduce the regional difference of network information culture,foster scientific and rational structure of network users,dialectically think the nature of network information platform,use scientific methods to assess the actual effect of online petition,and consistently "arm" the cadres with the advanced culture to form a stable and normal cultural self-concept,and conduct emergent mass incidents properly.
