| 摘 要： | 农民工的社会资本存量有限,私人关系型社会资本狭窄,组织型资本不足,制度型社会资本缺乏公正.这既影响了他们在城市社会的生存、工作,也使城市社会违法行为增多.现代社会健康的社会资本应该是以制度型资本和组织型资本为主导,实现制度型资本、组织型资本和私人型社会资本的合一.

| Abstract: | The social capital based on rural migrant workers is limited because of its small amount,narrow relationship,incomplete organization and less just system.As a result,their living and working in urban areas are affected,and there are more illegal cases occurring in the cities.The paper holds that a sound social capital of a modern society is to take systematic and organizational capitals as the dominance,and to reach the unification of private capital with the two mentioned above. |
