论汉代的豪民役使与人身依附关系的发展

人身依附关系问题是中国古代社会史研究中的重大课题 ,关系到对中国历史发展进程的认识 ,也直接影响对不同王朝政权性质的判断。人身依附关系早在战国时期就已产生 ,但由于秦及西汉时期中央集权统治相对强大、户籍管理较为周密、赋役制度重人轻地 ,加之私人蓄奴盛行 ,都使人身依附关系在西汉始终没有取代奴隶制进而上升为阶级剥削的主导形式。西汉末叶以后 ,上述限制条件丧失殆尽 ,从而使人身依附关系迅猛发展 ,“真正的依附农制度”历东汉一朝到魏晋时期最终确立

Haomin's Servants and the Development of Personal Dependence in Han Dynasty Personal dependence is one of the important issues in ancient China, which conce rns further understanding of the social development in ancient China and dictate s the judgment of the nature of various dynasties. Previous studies have covered the development of Haomin's servants during Han-Jin dynasties. Related conditio ning factors, the extent to which such system reached, and the reasons why it di d not replace slavery system still need careful investigation. This paper probes , therefore, the slow development of Haomin's servants and the degree of persona l dependence during the Han Dynasty.
