如何加强高等学校的资产管理

近年来,随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展,高校资产管理中存在着较为严重的问题。一方面重复购置,另一方面又严重短缺。由于自上而下的工作人员对资产管理的意识比较淡薄,导致了有形资产的隐形流失和对无形资产的管理空缺。要改变目前高校资产管理的现状,需要加强管理意识,培训管理人员,健全管理制度,发挥监督职能,使高校管理工作逐步走向规范化。

How to Strengthen the Property Management in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,along with rapidly growing of higher education,there are serious problems in the property management of colleges and universities.Both duplicate purchase and considerable shortage occur at same time.Due to the insufficient awareness of property management for staff members of all levels,it leads to the situation of the invisible loss of concrete property and the vain management of intangible property.For changing the status of the property management of colleges and universities,an approach is proposed in the paper.Through enhancing the management awareness,training the staff members,completing the management discipline and developing the monitor funtion ,the property management of colleges and universities could be normalized gradually.
