摘    要:在经典BP网络 ̄[1]基础上,将线性连接权值改为非线性权值,激活函数分别使用Sigmoid函数和Chebyshev多项式构成SBP和CBP,分析网络的性能,并用计算机进行仿真实验给出仿真结果。

Abstract:A novel approach to speed up the convergence process of BP network is described in thepresent popor.The basic idea of the approach is to nonlinearize the synaptic weights of the network.Thesigmoid fu ncti on as well as the Chebyshev polynomiols are both taken as the nonlinear weights to conductthe comparison between the linear and nonlinear weighted algorithms. Simulation results show that theweight-nonlineariZation has paved a new way to further improve the convergence speed of the BP network.
