| 摘 要： | 主权观念是国际社会为了界定国家的最高地位而逐步确立起来的国际关系价值基点和国际法基本准则,它缘起于欧洲现代民族国家产生的特定历史背景,其作为社会权威的内在意涵及作为个人忠诚对象的历史依据又都是有着坚实的社会基础的,因此,结合特定的历史语境解读之才有助于更好地理解这一理念。

| Abstract: | The precept of sovereignty is the basic value point of international relations and elementary principle of international law,which is established in the process of determining the highest position of a country by international society.It starts with the historical background of nation-state's appearance in Europe.Meanwhile,as the internal meaning of the authority of society and the historical evidence of the object of loyalty,it has a solid social foundation.Therefore,analysis of sovereignty in a historical context will be helpful in holding a better understanding about the precept. |
