凉山州基础教育教师队伍现状调查与问题分析

通过对凉山州基础教育教师队伍现状进行的抽样调查和对调查所获得数据的客观分析,在肯定学历达标率较高等已有成绩的基础上,认为凉山州基础教育教师队伍存在民族地区学校教师数量不足、县级教师培训质量不高、教师普遍缺乏科研意识和科研水平、教学中运用现代信息技术的实际能力不足等问题,而解决问题的关键是切实提高教师培训的质量和水平。

Investigation and Analysis on the Teachers'' Troop of the Basic Education of Liangshan Prefecture

Through the sample investigation and analysis to the present condition of the teachers' troops in the basic education field of Liangshan Prefecture and based on such achievement as the higher diploma qualification rate,this article puts forward that among the teachers' troop there exist some problems,namely,the teachers are not enough,the training quality of the teachers is not high,the teachers lack the mind of research and their research level is lower,the teachers' ability to use the modern information technology is inadequate.The key to solve the problems is to improve the quality and level of the teachers' training.
