| 摘 要： | 目提出了一种利用普通印刷线路板(Printed Circuit Boards,PCB)加工构造离子阱质量分析器的新方法。用该方法制造的PCB离子阱仅由四块PCB平板电极和两块不锈钢薄片电极构成,具有结构简单、加工容易和价格低廉等优点,非常适合制造成低成本的便携式质谱仪。初步实验结果表明,应用这种方法所建造的PCB离子阱质谱仪系统,可以获得优于400的质量分辨率和300Thomson以上的质量扫描范围。
