| 摘 要： | 本文以英国爱丁堡大学为例,介绍了英国大学技术转移组织机构的变革、技术转移的过程和特点、知识产权管理与保护的经验,特别是所有权问题的处理、激励机制的建立以及面临的问题,并针对我国大学的技术转移和知识产权管理提出了自己的思考。

| Abstract: | Taking Edinburgh university as an example, this paper mainly introduces the management changes of technology transfer organization,the process and characteristics of technology transfer at universities in UK. In addition, the experience on the management and protection of intellectual property, especially the treatment on ownership issues, the establishment of incentive system and many other concerned problems have also been clarified. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on technology transfer and intellectual property management at the universities in China. |
