| 摘 要： | 军民航联合办公成为空中飞行管制改革的趋势。未来军民联合办公条件下飞行管制员要具备坚定的政治信念、高度的工作责任心、精湛的专业知识、高超的组织与协调能力、良好的心理素质、强健的体魄等素质；这些素质要通过组织培养、个人积累等方式获得。

Joint office of military and civil is the trend of ATC reform, the controllers should have quality in condition of the future of military and civil joint office, This article expounds that we should be how to cultivate the quality of the controllers,we combined with the practical of the work and gived some advices to how have do well the joint office the work of ATC. |
