| Abstract: | From the point of view of the Sociology of Law,this article first analyzes the main problems existing in China's current rural legal construction,and then expounds the importance of developing the Sociology of Law research in China's rural legal construction.Finally,the author presents several most significant Sociology of Law projects in the field of rural legal construction,which include the rural rule by law,legal consciousness of farmers,traditional legal culture in rural areas,villager autonomy,legal diversification in the country,and rural legal institutions. |
